Xait, a leading provider of secure co-authoring software for proposals, quotes and documents, today announced that it has successfully passed the three yearly ISO/IEC 27001 recertification Audit in February 2023, noting successful audits for nine years in a row. ISO 27001 is the internationally recognized standard for information security management systems (ISMS), and a top priority for Xait leadership.
“Achieving ISO 27001 certification is a significant annual milestone for Xait,” said Roy Olsen, Operations and Security Director at Xait. “It demonstrates our commitment to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our customers’ data. We are proud to continue this legacy of excellence and we are committed to maintaining it.”
ISO 27001 certification requires organizations to implement an overarching Information Security Management System (ISMS). This includes establishing a security policy, identifying and assessing risks, implementing controls to mitigate those risks, and monitoring and reviewing the ISMS on an ongoing basis.
