We’re approaching the Holiday Season and 2022 is drawing to a close, so let me take this opportunity to reflect on the year. And what a year it has been for Xait! The things we accomplished for our company and for our clients make me feel proud and humbled.
I’ve had the privilege of serving Xait as CEO for four years now. This time period has seen global crises and disruptions… and it doesn't look like the next four years will be much smoother. It's safe to say that change is the only constant.
Yet at Xait, there is one thing that never changes: As we maintain and develop our solutions, we always focus on the value they provide to our clients. We’re always asking ourselves: How can we keep adding value to our clients by developing new features and solutions?
In 2022, we made great strides in three areas that enable us to create value for our clients: new colleagues, new ideas, and new products.
Xaiting People
Right solutions require the right people to bring them to market, and to grow their adoption through secure hosting, continuous improvements, and great customer service.
Our recruitment and acquisition efforts in 2022 have allowed us to welcome new colleagues. We kick-started the year by acquiring French proposal management specialist Jack in the Box.
Jack’s products fit most public and private tender processes for enterprises across multiple industries and services, and they have a very strong track record in the French market. The best part is, they have great people we can now call colleagues.
Now there are nearly 100 #OneXait tribe members in four countries across Europe and the US. In the next year, how many new Xaiters will “be born”? It remains to be seen, but I know this for sure: Our growth journey has only just begun.
Xaiting Ideas
In order to be successful, a company must have great ideas for solving real, high-value, and underserved problems.
As Xait continues to grow, so does our ability to bring strong new ideas to the table – as well as the resources to turn those ideas into solutions that actually solve our clients’ problems.
Xaiting Products
The acquisition of Jack in the Box brought two new products to our portfolio: XaitProposal and XaitRFI. And to finish off the year on a high note, we're launching some groundbreaking AI technologies.
Many of our XaitPorter clients have already built huge libraries of content for their bids and proposals. Imagine how you could unlock insights from your own content library by getting suggestions from XaitPorter on the most relevant content – perhaps even the content that has the highest probability of winning?
Imagine how you can let XaitAnalyzer, with its AI, read hundreds of RFPs and automatically tell you which one you should respond to? How much time could this save you?

We live in troubled times, but I encourage you to be confident that things will get better. The last two years required many of us to change in ways we could never have imagined, but true growth can only come from change.
The next two years may not be any easier, but how we respond and adapt to the constantly changing environment around us will make all the difference. This will be made easier by adopting new technologies.
