Staying productive while working remotely with a proposal software

During these times, many of us including all of the Xait employees, are working from home.

Working from home in a short period of time is not difficult, but over time it can be challenging.

In a normal day-to-day in office environment, you have your routine and everyone knows what they are supposed to do at any given time.

If you are working on large and complex documents including bids, proposals or tenders you are in need of a good and flexible proposal software to help you win business, despite that everyone is working from home.

With a proposal software it should help you to solve your task easily, with higher quality faster. 

Since everyone is working from home, you will not have a 100% overview of where your colleagues are in the document process, and you depend on their trust. 

I.e. if you send an email to three of your colleagues late Wednesday and you do not name them in the email, and asking " can someone complete the task by the end of business on Friday ?"

I promise you, this will not happen.

In these times we are in now, I can see many people on SoMe including LinkedIn suggestions to make proposals with a solution like Teams or SharePoint. 

Yes you can do so, but it is not a proposal software. If you are sharing documents or want to chat with a colleague you should continue to use those kinds of systems.
