Geir E. Ulriksen has been appointed new CFO as of 1 May 2018 at Xait.

Geir comes from Oceaneering where he held the position as Finance Director for Oceaneering in Norway.

Geir brings 25 years of experience from the Oil & Gas industry from companies like Aker Solutions, where he was VP for Tender and Business support, CHC Helicopter and GE, and provides in addition to extensive financial knowledge, senior leadership experience from varied commercial roles including “turn around” and change management processes.

The experience Geir brings to Xait, will add tremendous value to Xait and help Xait with the expected growth phase in the years to come.

We are very happy to get Geir onboard at Xait. Geir has proven experience in our core market and will be a valuable addition to our team.
