Guiding a proposal from bid capture, through development and across the final mile for the win can often feel like a whirlwind of piecing together the necessary information, people and approvals. How you approach this whirlwind will determine how you react, endure, and win more bids in the future.

Given that most proposal contributors are typically juggling other responsibilities, any disorganization can seriously infringe on your efficiency, focus and on your timeline. So, what is it that is slowing your team down?

In this two part series, we've outlined some common pain points that often slow down proposal development and outlined how to approach them for the win in 2022.

 

Lack of a Repeatable Process

Creating a standard process and gaining adoption for that process can be difficult to do. It becomes more efficient and easier to accomplish when accompanied by a centralized software solution.
