Xait is committed to health and safety and securing operations as usual
Xait hereby wish to inform our clients and partners about the necessary precautions and steps we have taken to deal with the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak,as well as the measures we take to minimize the risk to our employees, clients and society in general.
During this difficult time, the safety and well-being of our employees, clients and partners is our highest priority. As the coronavirus outbreak evolves, we are taking all necessary precautions to limit spreading of the virus. This is part of the massive effort that we as a society need to put down to reduce the impact of the aggressive coronavirus.
First and foremost, we would like to point out that we work and respond according to three principles:

Based on this, we have implemented the following measures:
Xait employees are working from home
Xait is closely monitoring the situation around the spread of the coronavirus and is in dialogue with both national health authorities (Norwegian Institute of Public Health) and local health authorities. In alignment with the advice from the Norwegian Institute of Public Health, all Xait employees in our Norwegian and US offices are working from home. Through this we are securing operations and ensuring a high level of service quality for our clients. Our cloud-based proposal software solution XaitPorter is fully operational, and our support office is available at normal working hours.
Exhibitions and travelling
Xait has cancelled participation at all upcoming exhibitions, events, meetings and has restricted all travelling. Same consideration is given for leisure travel, where all employees are following local advice, which suggests avoiding unnecessary travel. Unless otherwise absolutely required, all of our client- and internal meetings are conducted using video conferencing.
Response time / Services and deliveries
Our response time is as normal; and all clients who contact sales or support will receive answers within the agreed SLA.
Emergency Response team
Xait has also set up a dedicated Corona Emergency Response team consisting of management, HR and HSEQ who are continuously monitoring the situation. By establishing a steady communication flow and daily evaluations, Xait can respond to rapid changes and ensure an adequate information flow.
