Q I get the following message when I try to log on to XaitPorter; Maximum login attempts reached. Account disabled!
AIf you have reached the maximum allowed login attempts, you will need to contact your local XaitPorter administrator who can unlock the account for you, and reset your password if necessary.
Q I get the following message when I try to log on to XaitPorter; You cannot log on because all your licenses are currently occupied.
AXaitPorter is purchased on a license basis, and the number of simultaneously logged on users cannot exceed the number of licenses your company has purchased. To be able to log on you’ll need to wait until one of the current users have logged off. If you experience this issue frequently you may want to purchase more licenses.
